Ingram Micro Expands Poly Coverage Across EMEA
Amsterdam, Netherlands – June 4th 2019 – Ingram Micro today has opened trading across EMEA for Plantronics, Inc. (“Poly”) (NYSE: PLT), a global communications company that powers meaningful human connection and collaboration.
Poly is the new company name for Plantronics, which acquired Polycom in the middle of 2018. Following that acquisition, and leveraging its specialisation in both Plantronics and Polycom across several countries, Ingram Micro won the bid to become one of the regional distributors of Poly.
The territory expansion is testament to Ingram Micro’s expertise in the rapidly growing Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) market, where Ingram Micro is quickly becoming the recognised market leader in innovative UCC solutions, including an exceptional line card of both traditional and born in the cloud vendors, a team of in country specialists spanning EMEA, and large range of complimentary services.
